Benefits of Organic Milk of Desi Cow
A research by new Zealand, Australia and other European Countries claim that A2 milk has many medical qualities, whereas ,A1 milk is detrimental to health.
To substantiate this study National Dairy research Institute, Karnal,(government undertaking),conducted more research on it and come to the conclusion that A2 milk which is produced by Desi Indian Cow is excellent for human consumption while A1 milk is produced foreign and mixed breed cow such as Jessy cow is rather harmful for health.
Our desi breed includes Gir, Sahiwal, Rathi etc, contains up to 100% A2 allete whereas other Indian breed cow has A2 allete component up to 94%.
Foreign breed cow such as jassey & Rolstein or Fricstian etc have low component of A2 and have A1 component in abundance.
Any milk consumption other than A2 milk increases the risk of allergies, obesity, diabetes and other heart related diseases.
Our farm allows the best of practices for producing milk from only Desi breed of Cow having hump on their back.
All standards of producing organic milk are strictly followed such as:
- Organic fodder for cow feed.
- Cows roam freely most of the time and are given a conducive and cordiale environment.
- Very high and natural form practices, no synthetic antibiotics injections or fed to the cow.
- Organic milk is low fat as low as fat milk 1%
- Milk only drawn from healthy and happy cow.
Finally, milk is fortified to increase its nutritional value or to replace nutrients lost during processing. Vitamin D is added to most milk produced in United States to facilitate the absorption of Calcium. Vitamin A is frequently added to reduced-fat, low-fat and fat-free milk. Vitamin A promotes normal vision, particularly helping the eyes to adjust to low light settings.
